David Wilson

A Master Coach with 10+ years experience in Executive Mentoring, Business & Career Coaching in Private and Public Sectors, working with organisations in the UK and Europe. David formed noetic over 5 years ago and has personally coached over 300 managers in the last five years, across all sectors, accruing over 4000 coaching hours. He specialises in personal power, organisational politics and strategic influencing as these seem to be key and often misunderstood, leadership competencies.

He and his associates have also worked with large organisations on their top talent assessment and leadership development, Organisational Development and Innovation, integrating & measuring RoI in Corporate Coaching & Mentoring Programmes, Leadership, Talent Management, Culture Change, Developing Career Management & Transition Strategies and of course neutralising Negative Politics at Work.

With over 20 years experience in manufacturing industry, David has held senior Operational, HR and General Management roles, driving major change programmes in turbulent environments. His breadth of experience affords him a deep understanding of the difficult issues facing leaders in organisations today.

In coaching senior leaders, he draws on his personal experience and his long-standing interest in continuous learning, management development, leadership and team performance. He himself embarked on a programme of continuous personal development, qualifying with a Diploma in Business Performance Coaching, NLP Practitioner accreditation and an MBA.

He lectures, trains and coaches for: Faculty of Corporate Coaching (Noble Manhattan), Bristol Business School, Association of MBAs, Association of Career Professionals International, Right Management Consultants, Institute of Directors, Politics at Work.

He is one of the Infinity Group of Coaches, is on the Faculty of Corporate Coaching with Noble Manhattan and the assessment board for the Diploma in Corporate Coaching, holds office with the Association of Career Professionals International and the Association of MBAs and is active in the Institute of Directors and in between all this enjoys family life in Gloucestershire.
