Colin Gautrey, author,

A professionally qualified management trainer, coach and facilitator
A CIPD (CTP) holder and ITD Qualified, Mike holds NLP and TA qualifications,
is a member of ITOL, draws on 15 years of practical, field experience
and has worked successfully with over 40 different organisations.
In addition to one to one work, Mike has also designed and delivered
a range of coaching skills workshops and programmes to support many
of the above clients. In association with Politics at Work Ltd Mike
has also coached/ mentored many high level individuals in the dynamic
and vital skills of influence, personal power and organisational
